I’m Kim, a professional dancer, mindset coach, and mental health advocate, dedicated to helping dancers overcome challenges like anxiety, perfectionism, and performance pressures. With a compassionate, holistic approach, I offer tailored workshops and teacher training programmes that foster resilience, self-awareness, and confidence in the dance world.
